is such a privilege to be working on the 17th Miss India Worldwide
Pageant which has attracted entries from at least 20 countries.
For me, each contestant accords me the opportunity
to practice my art and I know very well, that it is an awesome
responsibility. My work is to entrance, add texture and highlight
the beauty of each contestant.
Over the years, I have learnt that every
single entrant comes to the Pageant to find a new standard
by which she would live her future and develop it towards
becoming leaders. This means being in the public glare and
that grooming and elegance is of paramount importance, especially
when it comes to acceptance from the greater community.
I have traveled to many countries, tested
some of the finest products and cosmetics and I have been
able to put together a treasure chest which I use to ensure
that I get it right every time with every contestant.
The Miss India Worldwide Pageant has enabled
me to travel several times to North America, Asia and Africa.
Now I do duty in Johannesburg and it is an experience which
I am looking forward to the experience, after all South Africa
is my home.
